The hotel is located in the center of Abu Dhabi with loads of shops around and easy access to a taxi, with which you conveniently can reach different areas fairly quickly. As soon as i arrived, i was greeted by Panashe at the reception with such a positive, calm, friendly as well as helpful attitude. He supported me during check in and offered his assistance with different queries i had. Once in the room, he called to ensure, that i was satisfied with my room and that everything was up to my expectations. I travel a lot around the world, and Panashe offered truly exceptional customer service with a genuine “i am here to make your stay comfortable” attitude and friendly smile. I also had the pleasure to meet Arnel, from the Concierge department, who assisted me as well with different queries i had instantly as well as giving me tips on which places to visit on my short visit, whilst always displaying a friendly smile . Little gestures can really make a difference on once stay, and i had a truly pleasant experience, thanks to the staff.

A very pleasant hotel. The staff is very helpful and takes care of the guest. It was possible to check in a little earlier. Meals – breakfast (7-10) and dinner (19-22) in buffet form. Spacious restaurant on the 9th floor. All dishes very tasty. Open swimming pool (8-20) on the roof, small but warm water, towels available by the pool, polite staff who take care of the guests. Jacuzzi. Good location, right next to bus stops, from which you can take bus number 9 directly to the Presidential Palace, bus number 94 to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, and bus number 102 to Ferrari World. There is also a drinks shop nearby. There is no problem with leaving your luggage before check-in or after check-out. Extra bed and linen on request. A pleasant surprise, room upgrade - we got a Royal Suite on the 19th floor with traditional decor.

Millennium Hotel is right in the middle of the city, this is very convenient because everything you need is just a step away. We had a really wonderful time. Our room was quite spacious, clean and very comfortable. We must mention our Room Attendant, John - he was extremely courteous, and his attention to detail is highly commendable. John is an asset to Millenium Hotel. Thanks to the front desk team who checked us in with ease, well done Hamid - he was very professional and he has excellent customer service skills. Looking forward to our next stay with you.

The location is awesome. You can go any direction by taking the local transportation (bus), which is cheap, clean, and accurate. My room was simple but very roomy and so cozy, too. There's a great Middle Eastern restaurant right across the street from the hotel's back entrance, which made my stay so easy. Not overly fancy like some "palace" type of hotels, but chic and very nice hotel. Highly recommend.
